Our debut Bordeaux-style blend is a true expression of our coastal terroir.  Cabernet Sauvignon lends structure, Merlot adds depth, and Cabernet Franc brings finesse. Petit Verdot and Malbec offer floral lift and rich plum notes. This luscious wine pairs beautifully with grilled oysters and mignonette sauce on warm summer days, or roasted duck breast in juniperberry sauce when there’s a chill in the air and a fire in the hearth.
