This 2023 Big Sur Vineyards Big Sur White is 100% Roussanne, inspired by the legendary Rhône varietal, and is richly flavored and golden hued in the glass with loads of personality. The medium to full bodied palate has apricot, muskmelon, lemon preserves, quince and golden fig fruits, along with bitter almond, butterscotch, and a smooth texture, honeycomb and aromatic shrubs.
