Bright melon, mineral notes and a “secco” and creamy finish. This wine is a blend of Semillion, Chardonnay, Marsanne and Rousanne Rhône varietals. Pair with smoked salmon and capers, shrimp cocktail, proscuitto-wrapped asparagus,
salt and pepper almonds, and herb buttered popcorn! Try it as an Aperol Spritzer, too!
